• Javelin – UNFORTUNATELY, Javelin has been cancelled for the 2025 Spring T&F Meet. We hope to have a solution for next year!
• Softball Throw

• See the track and field schedule on our webpage to ensure that you don’t register for two events that overlap
• Conducted per USATF competition rules with exceptions
• Competitor’s responsibility to avoid schedule conflicts
• Limit one race per distance of 3,000 and 5,000m
• No warning for disqualified walks
• Three attempts in linear field events
• Shot, discus and javelin available for use, other implements provided, must use
• Softball throw; women/11″, men 12″ Throw for distance
